We want your order to reach you quickly and arrive in perfect condition. Below is everything you need to know about how and when we deliver. This policy sits alongside our Terms of Service and Refund Policy, and nothing in it affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. If you'd like to order from outside the UK, email us at hello@casaavri.com and we'll let you know if we can help.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a UK bank holiday are processed on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery options and costs
All orders are sent with Royal Mail on a tracked service.

Delivery times are estimates from the point of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Express orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same business day; orders placed after 1pm, or at the weekend or on a bank holiday, are dispatched the next business day.
Tracking your order
Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress. Please allow a little time after dispatch for tracking information to update.
Delivery issues
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, or if your parcel hasn't arrived within a reasonable time of the estimated window, please contact us at hello@casaavri.com and we'll help put it right.
We aim to deliver every order within 30 days of the date it's placed, unless we've agreed otherwise with you. If we miss that, you have the right to a refund in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away at hello@casaavri.com and we'll do our best to amend it before dispatch.
