Refund policy
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, sending it back is simple.
The short version
- 28 days to return, from the day your order arrives
- Items should be unworn, unwashed and have their tags on
- Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing
- Refunds land back on your original payment method within a few working days of us receiving your return
How to return something

Tell us. Email hello@casaavri.com with your order number and what you'd like to return, and we'll confirm anything to include.

Pack it up. Pop the item back in its original packaging where you can, with tags still attached.

Send it back using a tracked service (keep your proof of postage) to:

Once it reaches us and we've checked it over, we'll process your refund and email to let you know.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? The quickest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order, so you're not waiting on stock. If you'd like a hand with sizing first, just email us.
Faulty or wrong item
If something arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email hello@casaavri.com with your order number and a quick photo. We'll sort it straight away and cover the return postage, plus refund any delivery you paid.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Once we've processed it, allow a few working days for your bank or card provider to show it. If you cancelled a full order within the cooling-off period, we'll also refund standard outbound delivery.
A few things to know
- We can't accept items that have been worn, washed, or have makeup, deodorant or perfume marks.
- Tags should still be attached.
- Sale items are returnable on the same terms, unless they're clearly marked final sale.
- Gifts can be exchanged or refunded as credit. Just get in touch.
Your statutory rights
Our 28-day window is our own policy and it's more generous than the law requires. Separately, you always have your legal right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for faulty goods. Nothing here affects those.
